Orders  

Each individual card costs £2.50, or you can get a value pack of any six cards for £10.00. Printed on heavyweight card stock, the A6 cards are blank inside and come with matching envelopes. The price of the cards is inclusive of all taxes and charges and includes first class postage to any address in the world (either your own or another person's).

Where to buy cards
Cards are available at Spitalfields Traders Market, Brushfield Street, London E1: Tuesdays through Fridays, usually in the upper half of the market. You can also find some of my newer designs on Facebook and in my Etsy shop. Hope to see you soon.

How to order cards
By email: write down which card/category combination(s) you want and send your requirements to:
cross.brokenhearted@talktalk.net. You can also telephone (01732) 867591 between 9:00 - 5:00, Monday - Friday and leave a message.

By post: please jot down on a piece of paper which card/category combination(s) you want and send it with your payment to:

Payment is by cheque, made out to Brandon Russell, or cash on delivery. You can also pay by credit or debit card with a payment link which I can send you or by using Paypal (see below). Please allow three days for cheques to clear.

Returns policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it in its original condition within seven (7) days of receipt and a full refund will be issued for the price you paid.

Credit card and Paypal payments
Cross+brokenhearted cards is not set up to receive credit card payments through this site, but I can send you a payment link to my iZettle card reader which you can use. Just send me an email stating which cards you would like. You can also pay by Paypal if you have an account. Please go to the Paypal website and under "Send money/Goods" email your payment with your name and address to cross.brokenhearted@talktalk.net. Under comments put "Cross+brokenhearted order/[your name]".

Any of the cards can be purchased in my Etsy shop with Paypal and some credit cards. I can upload any design to Etsy with a little warning, so just email me if there is a card you would like there.
